Our welfare officers assist with the safeguarding and protecting of our young swimmers at MASC. Ensuring we adhere to the Swim England Wavepower policy and procedures. |

Membership Secretary |

Our Membership Secretary registers all members, helpers and officials with the swimming club and manages our Online Management System for Swim England. They send out all club communication to members and their families via email to keep them up to date with club news and upcoming events. They are also the first point of contact for all electronic membership enquiries received. |

Our Competition Secretary organises the swimmers’ entries to local Galas as well as arranging officials and Team Managers to accompany our swimmers and also organises our own club events. |

SwimMark Co-ordinator |

Our SwimMark Co-ordinator ensures we are compliant with Swim England’s swimMark accreditation programme. As part of this process she submits evidence to ensure we maintain our SwimMark Essential Club Kite Mark. |

Grants & Fundraising |

Our grants & fundraising volunteer applies for funding to ensure our teachers and coaches have the most up to date training. We have also used grants to purchase resources to use in the pool. |

Our door administrator ensures that we always have someone signing our swimmers in for their sessions. |

Our communications co-ordinator writes the newsletters as a well as updating the website and social media outlets. |
