MASC entry form - corsham 2018
MASC will be supporting Corsham’s level 3 open meet at Springfield Leisure Centre, Beechfield Road, Corsham SN13 9DN on the 8th & 9th December.
Age as on 9th December 2018
Age groups 9, 10, 11/12, 13/14, 15+
Medals for 1st , 2nd , 3rd places in each age group (as above). All events HDW
Events include 50/100/200 of all strokes & 400 FC & 100/200/400 IM
All events are open to all ages, 9 Years and Over excluding 400IM, which is only open to 11 Years and Over
£5 per event
£5 per day for spectators
Please read the attached meet pack and take note of the ‘No faster than times’.
Please complete the attached Melksham entry form and return to Mike ([email protected]) before the entry cut off of Saturday 10th November, this should give those of you competing at Calne on the 3rd & 4th the chance to choose which events you’d like to enter.
No late entries will be accepted
