MASC Celebrate Melksham Civic Award!!!

On Friday 21st March representatives from MASC at the Melksham Mayors reception.
The Melksham Civic Awards 2025 is an opportunity to celebrate the exceptional individuals, groups, and organisations who make a significant difference in our community. These awards honour those whose dedication, initiative, and achievements have positively impacted the lives of others and enriched the Melksham area.
Award Categories:

Community Champion of the Year
Recognises an individual or group who has shown exceptional dedication and initiative in making a positive impact within the community. -
Business of the Year
Celebrates a business that has gone above and beyond in demonstrating a commitment to supporting and improving the local community through exceptional teamwork and contribution. -
Pride of Youth Award
Honours a young individual whose actions, achievements, and inspiration have made a significant and positive difference in the community. -
Sports Club of the Year
Acknowledges a sports club that has demonstrated outstanding performance, inclusivity, and active engagement in community activities.
These awards provide a platform to highlight the incredible work being done in Melksham by individuals, businesses, and organisations of all ages and backgrounds.
There were 9 nominations for Sports Club of the Year including some real strong contenders such as Melksham Mavericks, Melksham Bowls Club to name a couple.
This would never have been possible if it wasn't for the amazing work that our volunteers do for the club and of course none of it would be possible without all our swimmers and their friends and families that support them too. What an honour, what an amazing club.
All proceeds raised on the evening were dontated to Julia's House Charity
